Orders will be processed 2-4 business day(s) after receiving your order confirmation email/text notification, (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping
Once an order has been processed, you will receive a notification for your shipment. The shipment time will vary based on carrier selected at check out. If carriers/postal services are experiencing high volume this could lengthen shipping times.
Notice of Delay
Tried and True Boutique is a small business - which means we will be sure to inform our customers of any delays with our processing beyond its expected time frame. If you have not received your order within 7 days of expected delivery please contact us through the Get In Touch page. We (Tried and True Boutique and Customer) can work together to investigate the delay with the carrier.
