Processing
Orders will be processed 1-3 business day(s)** after receiving your order confirmation email/text notification (excluding weekends and holidays).
**Business day(s) are Monday through Friday
**Non Business Day(s) are, but not limited to, Saturday, Sunday, New Years, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Years Eve.
Shipping
Once an order is processed, you will receive a notification of your shipment. The shipment time will vary based on carried selected at check out. If carriers/postal services are experiencing high volume, this could lengthen shipping times.
Notice of Delay
Tried and True Boutique is a small business - which means we will be sure to inform our customers of any delays with our processing times beyond expected the 1-3 business days. If you have not received your order within seven (7) days of expected delivery, please get in touch with us at customercare@triedandtrueb.com. We (Tried and True Boutique and Customer) can work together to investigate the delay with the carrier.
Local Delivery and Pick Up
Local Delivery and Pick Up can be arranged if the customer emails Local@triedandtureb.com before ordering. Restrictions apply to a limited distance for delivery and time sensitivities for pick up.
